The Golden Hammer can be defined as an architecture, a solution or a software tool that is believed to be the best solution for every software problem/project. Drupal can be and is often seen as being this Golden Hammer.
However appealing it is to use one system when building a solution, this approach has serious limitations. Through decoupling of the CMS from the publishing system, it gives us the freedom to choose any tool, more importantly the right tools, for building the front-end. This talk will explore this concept and include a case study of a site built recently using this approach.
